STROKE TECHNIQUE GROUP
The most common entry level group this group builds confidence and technique in the different strokes, the atmosphere is very friendly and conducted by knowledgeable and patient instructors.Aims of the Group:
- Complete 200m Front Crawl
- 100m Individual Medley with turns
- Complete 50m swim all strokes & legal technique
- Legal turns in all strokes
- Racing starts off block
- To understand poolside etiquette
Entry Requirements:
- Swim Test
- 100m F/C no stops
- 50m Back50m Breast
- 25m Attempt at Fly
- Show ability to take instruction
- Take part in a beginners session
- 3 month review period
